Client Service Coordinator

Are you a customer-focused pro who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for managing details while keeping your eye on the big picture? If so, KDI wants to meet you!

KDI is a trusted solution seller in the food industry, and we’re growing our team! We're on the lookout for a Client Experience Coordinator to join our collaborative office in Moncton, NB.

What You’ll Do

This is more than just order entry — you’ll be a key player in keeping things running smoothly for our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking and entering customer orders with precision

• Tracking and following up on shipments and client inquiries

• Sending documentation and communication to clients

• Supporting the supply chain team as needed

•General administration and being a go-to team player

You’ll work across departments, gain exposure to multiple business functions, and play a big role in delivering a standout customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have B2B experience (essential!)

• Ideally come from the food industry or have knowledge of Sage 300 or food-tech systems

• Thrive under pressure and roll with last-minute changes

• Are naturally detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Are bilingual in French & English (an asset)

• Think solutions-first and love going the extra mile for customers
